Great product
Great product. If you haven't tried Epson Salts to soothe dry itchy skin you are missing out. I was using topical steriods to calm my itchy skin and after awhile it stopped working. I just switched over to Epson salts and so far the results are great.

The instructions say use 2 cups of salt in your bath: that means this package is only one bath's worth of salt, right? That's pretty expensive. I didn't have the heart to use more than 3/4 of a cup or so, so I can't really assess whether it helped relax my muscles anymore than a regular hot bath would have, but I will say that even just using that much, that the smell is too overpowering in my steamed-up, small bathroom.
